A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with at least one year of hands-on experience in reservations and tour operations within a safari tour company.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues efficiently.
Demonstrates strong command of Microsoft Office applications alongside practical experience with booking systems.
A commitment to precision, adeptness at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and a relentless focus on customer satisfaction are essential.
Proficiency in East African destinations is considered advantageous.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Manage day-to-day operations with precision, fostering efficiency and productivity across teams. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, drive innovation, and mitigate potential risks. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
We facilitate the processing and confirmation of flight reservations, hotel bookings, and activity arrangements. Additionally, we coordinate with hotels, airlines, and various service providers to verify availability and ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare and distribute hotel vouchers, itineraries, quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations to members of the sales team as needed.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized itineraries that precisely align with each client’s unique requirements.
Handle modifications to reservations, cancellations, special requests, and provide urgent assistance in emergencies.
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of bookings with established company protocols.
Maintain accurate and current digital and physical files for all reservations and associated documentation.
Monitor service performance metrics, collect customer feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance operational procedures.
