The Assistant Valves Technician collaborates with the Valves Technician throughout the complete valve rehabilitation process in the workshop. Assist with the disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and reassembly of various valve types, such as gate, globe, ball, butterfly, and check valves. Provide support for basic repair tasks, including lapping and packing replacement, while working under supervision.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience is required. Proficiency in JavaScript, including experience with frameworks such as React or Angular, is essential. Knowledge of backend development using Node.js or similar technologies is also necessary. Familiarity with database systems like MongoDB or PostgreSQL is required. Additionally, candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
A diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline is required.
