Department : Service Centre
Reporting to : Service Centre Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Repair and service of white goods at the Service Centre and in-homes
Provide technical assistance to customers and fellow staff
Do on-site installation of home appliances and repair
Set up, clean, operate and test units before releasing all repaired items
Explaining to clients on the functionality of the items repaired/ serviced.
Qualification
Minimum qualification of Diploma in HA or Electrical or any other related field.
Experience
Previous hands on experience as a Technician for a period not less than five years.
Should be results oriented with focus on quality.
Farmilarity with rules ,regulations,best practises and project performance standards.
Key Skills:
Good execution skills.
Basic Health & Safety skills.
Good problem-solving skills (trouble shooting).
Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.
Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
