Serving as a critical component of the Human Resources division while reporting to the Regional HR Manager for East Africa, the Talent Manager is instrumental in driving the organization’s expansion through the attraction, cultivation, and retention of top-tier talent.

Spearhead the hiring process for high-level and pivotal positions, cultivating robust talent pipelines and implementing impactful attraction and selection strategies.

Design and execute talent development programs encompassing structured learning initiatives, career progression pathways, competency-based frameworks, and innovative digital learning solutions.

Spearhead leadership development initiatives and succession planning efforts, with a focus on identifying and cultivating high-potential talent within the organization.

Oversee the performance management process and provide managers with guidance in establishing goals, delivering constructive feedback, and facilitating professional development.

Profile

Master’s degree in human resources management / Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development

With proven proficiency in recruitment, talent development, coaching, and mentoring throughout the entire talent lifecycle, the ideal candidate will bring extensive experience to the role.

Proven ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills to convey ideas clearly and maintain productive relationships.

A strong grasp of workforce planning and HR analytics is essential.

Thrives in high-pressure, rapidly evolving settings while maintaining productivity and adaptability. Demonstrates resilience and composure when facing shifting priorities and tight deadlines. Excels at managing multiple tasks efficiently without compromising quality or attention to detail.
