Qualifications
A relevant academic background, such as a degree in Gender Studies, Social Development, Sociology, Disability Studies, Development Studies, or a closely related discipline, is required for this position.
Demonstrated expertise in Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (DESI) frameworks, with a strong emphasis on disability inclusion initiatives.
Proven expertise in executing evaluations, leading educational workshops, and designing comprehensive inclusion initiatives.
Highly developed analytical capabilities, robust stakeholder engagement expertise, and exceptional report-writing proficiency are essential.
Proficiency in donor-funded or development initiatives is highly beneficial.
