Perform evaluations to assess gender dynamics, social inclusion factors, and disability considerations.
Assess obstacles hindering engagement and propose strategies to foster inclusivity.
Advance Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (DESI) principles, along with disability inclusion, throughout all project activities and operational frameworks.
Design, implement, and refine strategies, action plans, and practical tools to promote inclusion.
Conduct comprehensive training and capacity-building programs tailored for staff and stakeholders to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Assist in the creation of monitoring frameworks that are attentive to gender and disability considerations.
Compile data-driven reports and formulate strategic recommendations to enhance and expand inclusive programming initiatives.
Qualifications
A relevant academic background, such as a degree in Gender Studies, Social Development, Sociology, Disability Studies, Development Studies, or a closely related discipline, is required for this position.
Demonstrated expertise in Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (DESI) frameworks, with a strong emphasis on disability inclusion initiatives.
Proven expertise in executing evaluations, leading educational workshops, and designing comprehensive inclusion initiatives.
Highly developed analytical capabilities, robust stakeholder engagement expertise, and exceptional report-writing proficiency are essential.
Proficiency in donor-funded or development initiatives is highly beneficial.
