Responsible for managing and updating lead details within the CRM database to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field required, with a minimum of five years of professional experience in software development, preferably using Java, Python, or C++.
• Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development, including front-end frameworks like React or Angular and back-end systems with Spring Boot or Django.
• Proficient knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on system optimization, scalability, and performance tuning.
• Experience with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code and adhering to agile methodologies.
• Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role is a strong plus.

A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a closely related discipline is required.

Proficiency in sales, activations, customer service, real estate, or promotions constitutes a valuable asset for this role.

Effective verbal and written communication abilities, along with the capacity to build and maintain productive professional relationships.
