The Company Procurement Manager leads the strategic planning and implementation of centralized procurement initiatives for Raeburn Schools Limited, covering both domestic and international sourcing. This position drives cost efficiency, maintains high standards of quality, and ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, while overseeing company-wide procurement operations and establishing guidelines for school-level purchasing activities.

Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to enhance cost efficiency, product quality, and delivery performance at the organizational procurement level, leveraging both domestic and global market opportunities.

Negotiate and oversee agreements with essential suppliers, including both domestic and overseas partners, to secure advantageous terms and conditions.

Responsible for directing and coordinating all import logistics associated with company-wide procurement, encompassing shipping coordination, customs clearance facilitation, and timely delivery to specified destinations, while cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with local suppliers.

Develop and oversee a comprehensive database consisting of approved suppliers, catering to both organizational and institutional procurement needs, and ensure robust representation of local vendors.

Monitor supplier performance and develop actionable strategies to mitigate risks while enhancing operational efficiency.

Financial management and reporting encompass the oversight and strategic handling of an organization’s fiscal resources, ensuring accurate, transparent, and compliant financial documentation. This role involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, and providing data-driven insights to support executive decision-making. Proficiency in accounting software, adherence to regulatory standards, and strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Develop and oversee the centralized procurement budget, encompassing expenses related to both local and international sourcing activities.

Candidates must possess a relevant academic qualification, substantial professional experience, and a strong set of competencies to excel in this role. A minimum of a decade in procurement management, including no less than five years in a supervisory or executive capacity, is required.
