Oversee and execute a range of critical tasks to ensure operational excellence, including managing daily workflows, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive productivity, innovation, and continuous improvement across departments. Serve as a liaison between leadership and staff, facilitating clear communication and alignment with organizational goals. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to refine processes and enhance decision-making. Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and employee engagement. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols to mitigate risks and uphold accountability.

Devise and assess investment strategies, financial models, and business cases to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and market opportunities.

Perform comprehensive financial analyses encompassing forecasting, valuation, and risk assessment to support strategic decision-making and drive organizational performance.

Assess and evaluate potential investment opportunities to facilitate strategic capital allocation decisions.

Provide strategic guidance on portfolio management, funding frameworks, and financial efficiency enhancements.

Compile financial reports, develop dashboards, and conduct investment performance reviews.

Assist with fundraising initiatives, cultivate relationships with donors, and, where relevant, manage interactions with investors.

Ensure adherence to all applicable financial regulations, internal policies, and established governance standards to mitigate risks and maintain organizational integrity.

The necessary qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, alongside strong problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, as well as version control systems such as Git, is required. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment are also critical for success in this role.

A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Investment Management, or a closely related discipline is required, with a Master’s degree being strongly preferred.

A professional certification, such as CFA, CPA, ARCA, or an equivalent credential, is highly beneficial.

Proven expertise in financial analysis, investment evaluation, or corporate finance is required.

Strong competency in financial modeling, Excel, and analytical tools is required.

Experience in development projects, private sector investment initiatives, or donor-funded programs would be highly beneficial.

Exceptional proficiency in communication, analytical reasoning, and sound decision-making is essential.
