Lead and oversee the complete Credit Pay collections process from start to finish, ensuring diligent monitoring of delinquencies and deploying effective collection strategies.
Assess customers’ creditworthiness and collaboratively determine appropriate credit limits alongside the credit analysis team.
Foster strong client connections to ensure transparent dialogue while promptly addressing and resolving payment discrepancies.
Analyze customer accounts to pinpoint trends and propose process enhancements that reduce outstanding debts.
Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other pertinent departments to manage client concerns and accelerate dispute resolution.
Leverage negotiation and persuasion expertise to obtain firm payment commitments and amicably settle disputes.
Compile and deliver periodic reports to management, detailing collection performance, aging analysis, and critical key performance indicators to support informed decision-making.
To maintain a current understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit and collections.

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
Proven expertise in credit and collections, demonstrated by a minimum of three years in a senior or leadership position.
Possesses extensive expertise in evaluating credit risks, implementing effective debt recovery methodologies, and navigating legal considerations associated with financial obligations.
Proven ability to communicate clearly and collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and stakeholders, both internally and externally, fostering strong professional relationships.
Requires strong skills in operating credit management software and Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.
Demonstrates a strong analytical aptitude, with proficiency in interpreting complex financial data to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.
