At We Travel, the Sales team thrives on both independence and collaborative synergy. Serving as an Account Executive, you will manage the entire sales process, beginning with proactive outreach and discovery conversations, followed by tailored product demonstrations, deal closure, and seamless transition to the onboarding phase.

We prioritize comprehending each client’s distinct requirements and tailoring our solutions to meet those needs. Rather than merely selling, you will play a pivotal role in advising and aiding prospective customers in recognizing how We Travel’s products can drive their business forward.

You may be an excellent fit for this opportunity if you meet the following criteria.

Seeking a minimum of three years of hands-on B2B sales experience, ideally within the SaaS or travel sectors.

Proficient in English with fluency required; additional language skills are considered advantageous.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in communication and presentation, delivering clear, concise, and impactful interactions.

Proficient in executing outbound calls and delivering product demonstrations with confidence and professionalism.

Proven track record in overseeing the entire sales process while consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals.

Demonstrates strong self-motivation and a goal-driven mindset.

Thrive in a meticulously organized setting characterized by ongoing oversight and guidance.

Are not well-suited to proactive sales initiatives, including cold outreach and direct calling.

Adept candidates will demonstrate prior experience in consultative sales methodologies and overseeing complete sales cycle management.

Each week, you will undertake the following responsibilities and tasks.

Proactively identifying and engaging with prospective clients within the travel sector to foster new business opportunities.

Providing engaging product demonstrations to showcase the unique value proposition of We Travel’s platform.

Responsible for overseeing the sales pipeline and finalizing agreements to achieve or surpass predetermined objectives.

Working closely with the onboarding team, you will facilitate a seamless transition for new clients, ensuring their integration aligns with organizational standards and expectations.

Delivering insights to the product team, derived from client engagements and requirements, to inform strategic decisions and enhance product development.

Competitive compensation includes a base salary of $16,000 USD along with uncapped commission opportunities. The On Target Earnings (ONE) for the first year is projected at $32,000 USD, rising to $45,000 USD in the second year.

Full-time, fixed-term contract role as an International Contractor.
