You are a leader and have managed large, multi-layered projects across different time zones, cultures, and levels of the organization. You are an innovator and have developed new approaches, ideas, and problem-solving methods for high-quality delivery. You have excellent verbal communication, presentation, and writing skills. You have strong project and program management experience – including developing plans for on-boarding and training teams, ongoing performance management, and risk planning and mitigation. You are great in developing metrics, tracking, creating action plans, and financial analysis – including cost planning, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation.
This role reports to the Director of Delivery.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Growth
Manage the end-to-end service delivery of an account(s) across multiple delivery centers and country locations.
Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, through the client lifecycle ensuring that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and/or Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and all clients are highly satisfied with the Quality of Service. This includes managing scope, margin, cost schedule, and also applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
Be accountable for overall portfolio health and KPIs such as Net MRR churn, ClientNPS, and Gross Margin.
Proactively report progress and results to clients and facilitate communication between internal teams regarding client needs.
Ensure all best practices, checklists and reporting are up to date for their portfolio accounts.
Facilitates open communication and discussion between stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact for all client delivery ownership.
Team Leadership
Coach and lead the delivery teams in the CloudFactory delivery locations to deliver excellent results.
Provide objective feedback and measurement of performance [KPIs] for the team members, thus allowing Location Talent teams to rightly invest in their personal and holistic growth.
Administer internal/external reporting requirements for the Delivery leadership team, internal stakeholders, and clients.
Strategy and Innovation
Design workflows and problem-solve for unique challenges that come with new clients or markets.
Partner with the internal and external Subject Matter Experts to come up with innovative solutions.
Be accountable for delivery efficiency, thus incorporating technology to drive business efficiency ratios.
REQUIREMENTS
Complex project management skills and experience at large service delivery companies with large accounts ($5+ million).
Experience in handling Data Annotation, Computer Vision, AI/ ML projects
Experience in USA & EMEA client engagement
MBA or Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, CPMP, etc)
