Job Purpose

The Telesales Associate plays a pivotal role in fostering sales growth by proactively engaging in outbound and inbound sales efforts to cultivate opportunities, nurture customer relationships, and enhance revenue streams. Key responsibilities include assessing customer requirements, highlighting the benefits of products and services, converting qualified leads into closed deals, and supporting both individual and team objectives to meet and exceed sales targets.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through mentorship and professional development initiatives. Serve as a liaison between senior management and staff, facilitating transparent communication and alignment with company goals. Additionally, analyze complex data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize business outcomes.

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of cultivating leads and securing sales opportunities.

Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries while delivering precise details regarding products and services.

Develop and nurture meaningful connections with both potential and current clients to ensure sustained engagement and satisfaction.

Analyze customer requirements and propose appropriate products or solutions tailored to their needs.

Drive sales and revenue performance to meet or exceed predetermined targets.

Proactively pursue leads, quotations, and customer inquiries to enhance conversion rates.

Ensure the CRM system is consistently updated with precise customer information and detailed records of sales activities.

Address customer concerns and objections with professionalism and strong communication skills, ensuring each issue is resolved efficiently and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Compile and submit sales activity reports as needed to ensure timely and accurate documentation of sales performance metrics.

Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth customer onboarding and enhance service delivery across all touchpoints.

Evaluate ongoing market trends and competitor actions to uncover potential avenues for business expansion and growth.

Consistently embody and enforce the company’s values, policies, and customer service excellence across every engagement.

Seeking a qualified candidate who meets the following criteria: a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field, proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, and strong communication skills. The ideal applicant should possess a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, demonstrate analytical thinking, and exhibit the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Additional requirements include prior leadership experience, familiarity with project management methodologies, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

A bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, sales, communications, or a closely related discipline is required.

A minimum of one to three years of practical experience in telesales, sales, business development, customer service, or a related commercial field is required.

Delivers consistent results by exceeding established sales targets.

Proficient in utilizing CRM platforms and Microsoft Office productivity tools.

Proficiency in sales methodologies, lead generation strategies, and customer relationship management systems is essential.
