Oversee and execute a diverse array of duties and obligations, ensuring all operational standards are upheld with precision and efficiency. Deliver expert technical assistance to MA program personnel across designated thematic domains—Alternative Care, Family Strengthening, and Community Empowerment—ensuring full compliance with organizational benchmarks and directives.

Assist with the organization and facilitation of training sessions and workshops designed to enhance the capabilities of MA program staff in adhering to program quality standards and addressing key thematic areas.

Provide assistance in executing and overseeing organizational and international quality standards across MA’s, ensuring any gaps or risks are detected and communicated to the Supervisor without delay.

Offer strategic technical guidance to MA program teams throughout project design and planning initiatives, encompassing the crafting of humanitarian and development proposals, while also conducting thorough quality assurance assessments in collaboration with the Supervisor.

Contribute to the contextualization of federation quality requirements within local environments, collaborating closely with medical assistants to ensure strict compliance with established standards.

Collaborate in documenting best practices, key learnings, and strategies for program enhancement to foster organizational growth and uphold standards of excellence.

Facilitate the creation and execution of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) frameworks and methodologies within the MA support department, as well as across all managed MA’s.

Facilitate collaborative learning programs, such as peer learning initiatives, exchange activities, and educational sessions, while also documenting and sharing best practices.

Provide support in creating or modifying tools, guidance materials, and templates, and facilitate their implementation across member associations.

Deliver assistance to MA program teams throughout program modifications, including the implementation of innovative strategies or the oversight of transitional periods, as directed.

Engage in external technical forums or networks, as necessary, to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and foster learning processes, while refraining from acting in an independent representational capacity.

Uphold safeguarding protocols and cultivate a secure environment to ensure the well-being of all individuals involved.

Requirements

A Master’s degree in social sciences, Project Management, Psychology, Child Rights, Development Studies, or a related discipline is required.

Proficiency in program cycle management and Results-Based Management (RBM) principles, including project design, implementation, and evaluation, is essential.

Professional experience of five to eight years in a related field is a prerequisite for this role.

This includes demonstrated experience in programme quality, programme development, or related technical support roles within development, humanitarian, or social service organisations.

Candidates must possess practical experience in delivering technical program support within at least one specialized thematic area, including alternative care, family strengthening, child and youth development, or mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS).

Essential is proven experience in supporting program teams and implementing organizational quality standards.

Proven experience in program design, planning, and quality review processes is essential, along with a demonstrated commitment to advancing capacity-building efforts through trainings, workshops, or learning events.

Proficiency in collaborating within diverse cultural contexts and engaging with various stakeholder groups is essential.
