Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies, managing and mentoring a team of employees to foster a productive work environment, and collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and achieve organizational goals. Additionally, the role requires monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability. Other key duties involve developing and enforcing workplace policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and operational activities. The position also demands strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and clients, as well as problem-solving abilities to address challenges promptly and effectively.

Facilitate the strategic planning and execution of monthly marketing initiatives spanning both digital and offline platforms, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines throughout the process.

Contribute to the creation of engaging content tailored for social media platforms, email campaigns, and the company website.

Support the transformation of innovative concepts into tangible deliverables by overseeing and executing the entire creative process, from initial ideation to final production.

Analyze market trends, assess competitor actions, and evaluate audience insights to refine and enhance our campaign strategies.

Provide support in organizing and executing photo and video shoots for brand and product campaigns, including hands-on assistance throughout the production day.

Evaluate social media and digital performance metrics to extract actionable insights that enhance our strategic approach.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to synchronize marketing initiatives and commercial strategies, ensuring cohesive and unified efforts across departments.

Support the organization of content calendars, marketing databases, and campaign trackers to ensure accuracy and efficiency in tracking initiatives.

Monitor emerging trends and innovative concepts, then share these insights with the team to foster collaboration and informed decision-making.

Must possess a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in [Industry/Field], with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
