ITF Volunteer staff have access to extensive opportunities, but the organization does not offer any form of financial compensation. All ITF staff members serve on a full-time volunteer basis, covering their own essential expenses, including accommodation and commuting to the office. The organization solely covers direct operational costs, such as transportation for meetings, field visits, and official duties.
