The Human Resources Officer plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of the Human Resources department by addressing all administrative tasks. Additionally, the position entails active involvement in employee relations initiatives, training programs, and recruitment efforts as dictated by the department’s operational needs.

ROLE PROFILE

Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance by drafting correspondence, compiling reports, and managing HR documentation.

Serve as the primary liaison for employee inquiries pertaining to human resources issues, including medical examinations, insurance coverage, visa processes, company-issued equipment, and relocation requests.

Facilitate employee relations initiatives and provide support in addressing fundamental HR-related concerns.

Collaborate with stakeholders to support the planning, organization, and execution of training and development programs.

Facilitate the performance management process by coordinating appraisals and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Provide support for recruitment initiatives as needed to ensure efficient staffing processes.

Ensure seamless onboarding procedures are carried out when deemed necessary.

Any occurrences that could potentially disrupt the company’s operations must be promptly reported.

The position necessitates a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a relevant field, along with proficiency in industry-specific software and tools. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with current industry standards, regulations, and best practices is required to ensure compliance and efficiency. Additionally, a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience is mandatory.

A bachelor’s degree in human resources management is required for this position.

With a minimum of two years of hands-on Human Resources experience within the Retail or Hospitality sectors, you bring a solid foundation of industry-specific knowledge and practical expertise to the role.

Skilled in articulating ideas clearly and persuasively through both spoken and written channels.

The capacity to perform effectively amidst high-pressure situations.

Highly efficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining meticulous organization.
