What You’ll Do

Deliver outstanding client service by serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and status updates.

Oversee a demanding caseload with diligence and meticulous attention to detail.

Daily tasks involve utilizing the RingCentral platform and the Case case management system to perform various operational duties.

Review pending medical records and billing requests to determine necessary actions, ensuring all documentation is processed accurately and efficiently.

Reach out to healthcare providers through telephone conversations or official correspondence to establish and maintain professional connections.

Evaluate and analyze previously submitted medical records to ensure accurate comprehension of all pertinent information.

Prepare comprehensive documentation of all interactions with service providers, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in the records maintained.

Establish and schedule follow-up meetings as needed, and promptly elevate any unresolved matters to the designated paralegals for further review.

Ensure the organization and upkeep of electronic records while facilitating the prompt advancement of cases.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in an IT or cybersecurity role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, alongside expertise in network security protocols and vulnerability assessment tools. Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail are necessary to identify and mitigate potential security risks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Candidates must possess the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Professional experience in managing medical records within legal or healthcare environments is required.

Seasoned professionals with demonstrated expertise in utilizing RingCentral and Case (or comparable platforms) are encouraged to apply.

Highly developed organizational abilities and proficiency in managing high call volumes are essential for this role.
