Main Job Purpose
Handles all technical service related jobs and repair at the Service Centre
Job Responsibility and Accountability

Repair and service of White Goods  in the Service Centre and on In-Home assignments
Follow laid-down ISO repair procedures on each and every repair job
Provide technical assistance to customers and fellow staff
Do on-site installation of White Goods 
Set up, clean, operate and test units before releasing all repaired items
Perform client education on the functionality of the items repaired and serviced
Assist CIC Team when needed at the Service Center in fault explanation to customers
Perform demos for customers
Fellow laid down MOT Activities
Ensure compliance with RTAT activities and follow-through of set instructions
Any other duties assigned      

Minimum Qualification 

Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or any related field.
At least 3 years’ work experience in a similar role

Other Key Competencies and Skills

Productivity with cost effectiveness – knows how to determine if not economical to repair and recommends replacements.
Competence -accuracy in repair diagnosis in minimum time and no unnecessary used of parts.
Teamwork, cooperation and able to assist / coach junior staff.
Communication and co-operation with other staff and maintaining relationship with Customers and Business partners.
