Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, execution oversight, and performance evaluation to drive organizational objectives forward. Serve as the primary point of accountability for project milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Prepare comprehensive reports to senior leadership, detailing progress, risks, and actionable recommendations. Daily verification and balancing of cash receipts are conducted across riders, branches, and payment channels to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records.

Monitor rider payments diligently and confirm their accuracy while guaranteeing that collected funds are promptly transferred to the appropriate accounts.

Conduct follow-ups with riders and branch offices to address outstanding balances, discrepancies, or any areas of non-compliance.

Assist with the computation of rider payouts and delivery-associated compensation.

Compile daily and weekly financial reconciliation reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the presentation of financial data and performance metrics.

Maintain adherence to standardized protocols for cash management and financial operations across all branch locations.

Analyze discrepancies, identify process gaps, and report any inefficiencies or leakages for immediate action.

Provide assistance to finance and operations teams by conducting audits, implementing controls, and enhancing processes to drive operational efficiency and compliance.

Verify operational data against platform reports and internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Individual Contributor with a strong background in [specific field, e.g., project management, data analysis, etc.] to drive efficiency and deliver measurable results. A background in logistics, delivery services, retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or restaurant operations is highly advantageous.
