Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably with expertise in cloud technologies and scalable architectures, is essential. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go is mandatory, along with experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, system design, and troubleshooting complex distributed systems is highly desirable.
A master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Investment Management, or a related field is preferred.
A professional certification, such as CFA, CPA, ARCA, or an equivalent qualification, is considered a valuable asset.
Proficiency in financial analysis, investment appraisal, and corporate finance is highly desirable.
Demonstrates strong expertise in financial modeling, advanced proficiency in Excel, and adeptness with various analytical tools.
Experience in development projects, private sector investments, or donor-funded programs is highly beneficial.
