The Elementary School Homeroom Teaching Assistant plays a vital role in enhancing student learning, well-being, and classroom functionality by working alongside educators and taking an active part in instruction, supervision, and individualized student support. Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency in industry-standard software. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments. Additional requirements include attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Responsibilities encompass conducting research, preparing reports, coordinating with team members, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

A recognized diploma or degree in Education is required for this position.

Preferred candidates will possess a Special Education certification or relevant training.

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience supporting students and partnering with educators is required.

Proficient in English with exceptional proficiency in mathematics, reading, writing, and communication skills.

Proficiency in utilizing technological tools and digital platforms is essential for this role. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with a variety of online applications and software systems to enhance productivity and efficiency in daily tasks.
