Documentation Management: Precisely prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents, ensuring compliance with Customs regulations.
Bonds/TREOs Management: Expertly knowledge on Bonds and TREOs, ensuring strict adherence to regulations.
HS Code Analysis: Skillfully analyze HS codes on customs entries, ensuring accurate classification.
Ken Trade System: Proficiently use the Ken Trade system for customs clearance processes.
iCMS Navigation: Navigate the Integrated Customs Management System (iCMS) effectively for customs-related activities.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sea freight documentation within the clearing and forwarding industry.
Certification or qualification in clearing and forwarding is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Bonds/TREOs, HS code analysis, and Ken Trade system.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.
