Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and client-centered Cashier/Receptionist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will oversee front office functions, greet and assist clients and visitors, manage transactions, generate receipts, organize documentation, and deliver administrative assistance to promote seamless day-to-day operations.

Oversee a diverse range of critical tasks, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to company standards. Execute duties related to strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring to drive operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to align objectives and facilitate seamless communication. Identify and mitigate potential risks while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Lead initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance productivity through continuous process improvement. Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements and areas requiring attention.

Greet clients, visitors, and tenants with professionalism and courtesy.

Responsibilities include processing cash, Mesa, bank, and other payment transactions with precision and attention to detail.

Prepare and distribute official receipts while ensuring accurate and up-to-date payment records are maintained.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, complemented by a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively across teams.
