Duties and responsibilities
Recruit new customers by demonstrating our new stove and fuel product in group settings
Help customers understand their monthly spending on cooking energy and demonstrate how our product saves them money
Train new customers how to use the stove in their home, giving them tips so they better enjoy the cooking experience
Develop excellent long term customer relationships through superior customer service and follow-up to both new and existing customers
Prioritize all customers by responding to their questions in a friendly and professional way that makes them feel valued
Record all customer sales and interactions in the company’s database

Customer relations requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A diploma also accepted
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a subscription-based or renewable energy industry.
A commitment to excellent customer customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Superb interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly rapport with both customers and team
Willingness to learn new skills
Understanding the sales process and dynamics
Certificate in sales / marketing or related fields (not required)
Ability to speak Swahili,English and any other local languages.
Ability to use a smartphone.
Track record in renewable energy is an added advantage.
