To verify that all key distribution processes comply with the hotel’s established policies and procedures, and to promptly report any inconsistencies or discrepancies to the direct supervisor.

To ensure meticulous documentation and accessibility, maintain precise and clear records across all control center documents, including the General Security Log, Key Control, Lost and Found, and Visitor Passes.

To ensure all departmental equipment and assigned assets remain in optimal working condition, perform routine maintenance and servicing in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and equipment manuals.

To oversee the proper maintenance of all hotel vehicles and manage car log books, key distribution, damage tracking, and daily mileage documentation.

To stay informed about upcoming scheduled events, group bookings, VIP arrivals, and any special functions.

Flexibility to adapt work hours—whether during the day or night—is essential to effectively manage security arrangements for cases necessitating specialized attention and handling.

Maintain a consistently positive and motivated demeanor while exercising strong self-control at all times.

Perform any additional responsibilities and tasks deemed necessary by immediate supervisors as part of daily operations.

To escalate guest complaints or unresolved issues to supervisors for further attention and ensure timely follow-up with affected guests.

As required, the individual will adapt to evolving operational needs within the Hotel’s Security Department, ensuring alignment with any modifications in function or scope.

Diligently monitor potential factors that could impact hotel operations, including seasonal events, local crime trends, political activism, and other relevant activities, and promptly escalate any identified concerns to senior management.

Demonstrates exceptional diplomacy, tact, and sound judgment in all tasks while maintaining high efficiency and discretion.

To secure crime and natural disaster scenes, preventing unauthorized access to safeguard evidence until law enforcement or relevant authorities arrive.

In the absence of direct supervisors, you will facilitate the intervention of all guest room safes and ensure accurate documentation of all occurrences in a dedicated logbook.

You will play an integral role in implementing and maintaining the fire safety protection program, ensuring all protocols and measures are followed with the highest level of diligence and attention to detail.

Perform any additional duties deemed reasonable by the Security Manager and Supervisor as needed.
