Scope of work

Volunteers will contribute to multiple facets of conference execution, encompassing a range of responsibilities such as assisting with logistical operations, coordinating attendee services, and facilitating session management. They will play an integral role in ensuring the event operates smoothly by providing support in registration, guiding participants, and addressing inquiries. Additionally, volunteers may assist with setup and breakdown of conference spaces, manage materials distribution, and collaborate with staff to uphold event standards. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a proactive approach are essential for this position.

The position involves supporting registration processes and overseeing guest coordination to ensure seamless event experiences.

Collaborate in managing session schedules and maintaining punctuality throughout sessions.

With a focus on inclusivity and accessibility, you will lead participants through the venue, ensuring seamless and barrier-free navigation for all.

Providing comprehensive assistance to all attendees, with particular attention to individuals with disabilities, ensures an inclusive and accessible event experience for everyone.

We facilitate the operation of communication and information desks by providing essential support. This involves ensuring seamless interactions between staff and visitors, addressing inquiries promptly and accurately, and maintaining organized and accessible records. Additionally, we assist in coordinating responses to common questions, directing individuals to appropriate resources, and upholding professional communication standards at all times.
