The Company Procurement Manager spearheads the strategic design and implementation of centralized procurement initiatives for Raeburn Schools Limited, spanning both domestic and international sourcing. Negotiate and administer agreements with essential suppliers—including those locally based and operating internationally—while securing advantageous terms and conditions.

Responsible for directing and coordinating all import logistics functions tied to organizational procurement, encompassing shipping operations, customs clearance processes, and on-time delivery to specified destinations, in addition to cultivating and maintaining productive relationships with local suppliers.

Oversee the alignment of all company-wide procurement operations with Kenyan regulations, international trade laws, and ethical standards to ensure full compliance across all transactions.

Oversee local procurement initiatives to foster economic growth within the community whenever feasible.

Oversee procurement activities at the school level to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

Formulate and uphold detailed procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent implementation at each school site.
