Key Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure proper documentation and timely processing of all claims.
Ensure premium refunds are done on time.
Ensure all regulatory returns are done within the required timelines.
Ensure all claims and refunds records are updated.
Ensure proper filling of claim documents.
Prepare claims management reports on a monthly basis or as otherwise advised.
Prepare various reports which may be required from time to time.
Handling customer queries & correspondence on individual life policies to enhance seamless customer experience.
Ensure compliance with all regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Pass in at least two ACII/AIIK papers or equivalent.
2 years relevant experience.
