What you’ll do
Develop and refine Laser fiche workflows, electronic forms, and organizational processes to enhance efficiency and operational performance.
Automate workflows by streamlining tasks, optimizing routing processes, and accelerating approvals to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Integrate systems by leveraging SQL, APIs, and scripting to ensure seamless interoperability and data flow between applications.
Configure metadata frameworks, enforce security protocols, and establish document architectures.
Diagnose technical issues and enhance current solutions to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
What you need
Experienced with workflows or electronic forms systems, including Laser fiche, DocuSign, Adobe, or similar platforms, for a minimum of two years.
We require a minimum of two years of hands-on experience with Laser fiche, including its Workflow, Forms, and Admin Console components.
Proficiency in SQL and data validation techniques is required.
Proven ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective, innovative solutions efficiently. Demonstrates critical thinking in overcoming challenges and implementing practical resolutions to meet objectives.
Fluent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication and collaboration in this role.
Nice to have
Proficiency in programming languages such as C or JavaScript, along with familiarity with Software Development Kits (SDKs), is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID and Internet Information Services (IIS) is required.
LCP certification demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of lean methodologies, continuous improvement practices, and waste reduction strategies within operational environments.
