The recruitment and integration of independent consultants, brokers, and key partnerships for our Sacco and MRIs is a crucial aspect of our onboarding process for new clients in the intermediaries sector. Our team works diligently to establish strong relationships with these stakeholders and ensure that their needs are met throughout the entire process. We require individuals who possess excellent communication skills, experience working with intermediaries, and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of onboarding, from initial contact through to final approval, ensuring a seamless transition for both our clients and their partners.
Ensure strict adherence to both external regulations and internal guidelines, maintaining a compliant environment across all domains.
Maintain strict protocols for securely handling personal customer information and ensure that all privacy regulations are adhered to in order to preserve confidentiality.

Compliance with Kenyan legal and regulatory frameworks, as well as industry-specific guidelines and our organization’s own established protocols is crucial.
Comply with regulatory guidelines related to Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and data privacy obligations as mandated by relevant legislation.
The ideal candidate must possess both academic and professional qualifications to be considered for this position.
A baccalaureate degree in insurance or a related business discipline is required for this position.
The candidate must possess a minimum of five (5) years’ worth of experience within the insurance sector, exhibiting a proven track record of accomplishment in areas such as insurance sales, business expansion, and client management.
Possession of professional qualifications such as International Institute of Knowledge (INK), Chartered Institute of Insurers (CII), or Chartered Insurance Institute (CIM).
MastersΓ’ will be an added advantage.
