To gain a comprehensive grasp of the local market landscape, competitive dynamics, and unmet customer needs, you will conduct thorough market research and analyze competitors’ activities. The incumbent will maintain comprehensive records of all dosing activities and associated control equipment within the designated accounts. These records will encompass detailed service reports. Additionally, the individual will document all Planned Maintenance Schedules and address customer breakdowns within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Address customer dosing and performance emergencies promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution in alignment with the stipulated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within their designated areas of responsibility.
