We are currently seeking an Assistant Baker to join a reputable bakery located in Eastleigh on behalf of our valued client.

The successful applicant must demonstrate diligence, self-discipline, and a proactive attitude while contributing to everyday bakery functions such as sanitation, preparatory tasks, and active participation in baking processes.

Oversee and execute critical duties including leading project planning phases, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor progress through established metrics. Facilitate regular status updates with stakeholders, address potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to sustain project momentum. Collaborate with senior leadership to align project objectives with organizational goals, drive process improvements, and uphold compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

Participate in the foundational stages of baking processes, including preparatory tasks and initial setup procedures.

Collaborate with the baker to facilitate seamless production workflows.

Thoroughly sanitize all baking equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain optimal hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
