Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards of productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with company goals, fostering innovation and operational excellence. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional growth and accountability. Analyze data, assess risks, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies while maintaining a culture of transparency and integrity. Serve as a key liaison with stakeholders, vendors, and clients to enhance relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Each day, cash collections must be systematically verified and balanced across all riders, branches, and payment methods to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Monitor rider payments to confirm accuracy and promptly process collections for remittance.

Diligently contact riders and branch offices to address outstanding balances, resolve discrepancies, and identify any compliance deficiencies.

Provide support in the computation of rider remunerations and delivery-associated compensation.

Compile daily and weekly finance reports, ensuring all reconciliations are completed accurately and promptly.

Ensure all branches adhere to established cash handling and operational finance procedures to maintain compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Analyze processes to detect discrepancies, leakages, or inefficiencies, and promptly escalate findings to the appropriate stakeholders.

Assist finance and operations teams by conducting audits, strengthening internal controls, and implementing process enhancements to drive operational efficiency and compliance.

Verify operational data by comparing it against platform reports and internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

Professionals with one to three years of hands-on experience in finance, reconciliation, audit, accounting, or a comparable field are encouraged to apply.

Strong preference is given to candidates with prior experience in reconciliation or audit.

Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to taking full ownership of tasks and outcomes.

Proficient in handling extensive datasets and creating detailed operational reports with ease.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong command of advanced functions, data analysis techniques, and spreadsheet management to support efficient data processing and reporting.

Proven capacity to thrive in a high-pressure operational setting characterized by rapid decision-making and continuous workflow demands.

Exceptional interpersonal abilities and meticulous follow-through are essential for this role.

Proficiency in logistics, delivery services, retail management, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or restaurant operations represents a valuable asset.
