At We Travel, our Sales team strikes a balance between independent initiative and collaborative teamwork. In the role of Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, beginning with initial contact and discovery calls, progressing through product demonstrations, finalizing agreements, and ensuring a seamless transition to the onboarding team.

Our approach centers on thoroughly comprehending each client’s distinct requirements and tailoring our offerings to perfectly align with their objectives. Rather than merely executing transactions, you will play a pivotal role in educating and assisting prospective customers, helping them uncover how We Travel’s suite of products can drive meaningful growth for their business.

Requires a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, with a preference for candidates who have worked in SaaS or the travel sector.

Fluency in English is required, with additional proficiency in other languages considered advantageous.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication, along with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.

Proficient in initiating outbound calls and delivering engaging product demonstrations.

Experienced in overseeing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, consistently meeting or exceeding established sales quotas.

Highly motivated and driven individuals who excel in independent work environments, with a strong focus on achieving measurable objectives.

On a Weekly Basis You Will Find Yourself

Engaging and initiating contact with prospective clients within the travel sector to foster new business relationships and opportunities.

Delivering engaging product demonstrations to showcase the unique value proposition of We Travel’s platform.

Overseeing the sales pipeline and finalizing transactions to consistently meet or surpass established targets.

Working closely with the onboarding team, we facilitate a seamless transition for new clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

The product team receives feedback derived from client interactions and requirements to enhance offerings and drive informed decision-making.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary of $16,000 USD annually, with uncapped commission opportunities. The On Target Earnings (ONE) are projected at $32,000 USD in Year 1 and $45,000 USD in Year 2, providing significant earning potential through performance-based incentives.

Full-time, fixed-term contract position as an International Contractor.
