    Sales Team Leader

    As a Sales Team Leader, you will drive KOKO’s business growth by leading a team of Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs) to sell KOKO cookers in assigned territories. You will use your leadership skills and drive to create sales plans, coordinate field sales activities aimed at household and kibanda customers, and motivate your team of CSRs to achieve their sales targets.

    Responsibility

    Oversee field sales activities for your team, including initiation of contact with potential activation partners (eg, businesses, chamas), conducting of sales pitches, closing of orders, and collection of customer payments.
    Lead a team of CSRs to meet their sales targets by providing coaching, supervision, and accountability.
    Organize and implement product demonstrations and other promotional activities in liaison with KOKO’s sales and marketing teams.
    Engage with customers and discover their wants and needs, both to pitch KOKO’s solution and share back customer requirements for future sales and marketing efforts.
    Ensure sales records and reports are accurate and up-to-date for your entire team.
    Train and develop CSRs to use KOKO sales tools, including our Android application, videos, brochures, and other digital tools.
    Ensure CSRs communicate openly and honestly with KOKO customers throughout the sales process.
    Build, manage, and maintain strong, positive customer relationships.
    Escalate customer queries, issues, and other feedback to senior management, as appropriate.

    Requirements

    University degree or equivalent.
    3+ years of sales management experience, preferably with consumer goods or durables.
    Experience leading sales promotions/campaigns with a track record of success.
    Passion for selling consumer products that improve lives.
    Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivation skills.
    High degree of self-motivation & keen attention to detail.

    Your Role:
    As payroll and tax accountant, you will provide support to the finance and human resource departments as well as the organization at large by managing daily tax and payroll related activities.     What you will do

    Process payroll to ensure staff are correctly paid and in time in compliance with contractual obligation
    Prepare all internal dues computations for completeness and accuracy before payment to ensure staff are paid by the last working day of the month after receipt of all relevant information
    Prepare reconciliations monthly for all the payroll accounts and obtain credible explanations and reasons for all reconciling items to prevent and detect errors and frauds
    Prepare control accounts and follow up the resolution of reconciling items monthly to ensure accuracy and completeness of the accounts

    What you will do

    As a domain leader in the area of electronics, oversee the complete lifecycle of IoT electronics from design, documentation, test, deployment to continuous monitoring.
    Work with business, product and engineering stakeholders to capture learnings from KOKO’s operations and deliver on the hardware aspects of KOKO’s product roadmap to address key opportunities, issues and risks identified.
    Lead electronics component sourcing & evaluation of parts for existing and new products.
    Support the process of production setup for prototyping, new production mass production and change management in collaboration with internal and external teams.
    Help define test strategies / build test rigs for R&D, production and operational needs.
    Use data from the field to inform change management for existing products

    Own the information capture and resolution of network tickets, ensuring accurate information is captured at each step of the issue life-cycle in the ticketing system
    Pro-active monitoring of the entire IoT infrastructure and applications systems and first Line resolution as per agreed Service Level Agreements with different stakeholders and follow up to confirm service availability and stability after resolution
    Take part in network roll-out of releases which include but are not limited to creating the roll-out plan, back out plans, implementation checklists, documenting and circulating post-implementation reports
    Resolution of tickets assigned and closure within the working shifts and escalation of unresolved tickets to Next Support Level as per the incident management procedures
    Provision of the incident reports with ticket closure and daily shift reports within the function
    Work closely and collaboratively with other stakeholders, including Field Maintenance and Engineering to establish best practices in maximizing the uptime of the monitored systems and provide feedback for continuous improvements of NOC processes

    Certification (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ etc) is a plus
    Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
