PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

On appointment as Property Managers we offer the following services;
Rent collection.
Preparation of statements of accounts.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We undertake Project Management on behalf of our clients which include new (virgin) projects and/or renovations and repairs. This involves co-ordination of all professionals involved in a construction project and supervising the same to ensure that the set objectives of a high quality development are achieved in a cost effective way.
On appointment as Project Managers we offer the following services;
We determine the permits required and ensure they are obtained.
Facilitating the requisite approvals prior to the start of the project.
Prepare detailed project plans which include detailed steps required, material costs, personnel needed and timelines for each stage of the project.
Liaison between the construction team, architects, designers, owners and stakeholders of the project to facilitate communication, decision making and problem solving.
Overseeing the project and hiring and approving work completed by subcontractors as well as negotiating contracts and developing a budget and a timeline for the completion of the project.
Execute the project and finally hand over.
OTHER REAL ESTATE CONSULTANCY
We undertake this on various investment proposals. Based on our findings, we give a well considered professional investment advice for instance, on where best to buy properties, from whom, what type of developments to put up, and the most economic way of putting them up.
We advise on terms and conditions to be incorporated in tenancy agreements/leases and how to avoid controlled tenancies, lease extension, change of user & other general real estate consultancy. We advise on all other real estate matters from a professional point of view that from time to time may be required by an individual or institution.
