Oversee the complete Credit Pay collections lifecycle, from initiation to resolution, while tracking delinquencies and deploying targeted collection tactics to mitigate risk and recover outstanding balances.
Assess customer creditworthiness and determine appropriate credit limits in coordination with the credit analysis team.
Establish and nurture client relationships to ensure transparent communication and effectively address and resolve payment discrepancies.
Analyze customer accounts to discern patterns, assess delinquency trends, and evaluate the effectiveness of existing collection strategies. Based on findings, propose actionable process enhancements aimed at reducing outstanding debts and improving overall recovery efficiency.
Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and other pertinent departments to manage client inquiries and accelerate the resolution of any disputes.
Employ negotiation and persuasion strategies to establish payment agreements and resolve disputes in a mutually satisfactory manner.
Compile and deliver routine reports to management that comprehensively detail collection activities, aging analysis, and critical performance indicators.

Proficiency in credit and collections management is essential, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a senior or leadership capacity.
Proficient in credit risk evaluation, debt collection methodologies, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Proven ability to communicate clearly and build strong professional relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
Proven expertise in leveraging credit management software platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential for this role.
