A master’s degree in public health, education, research methods, or a closely related discipline is required.
A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a medical-related discipline, including nursing, Clinical Medicine, or Laboratory Science, is required for this position.
A minimum of three years of professional experience in education research, advocacy, or health systems strengthening is required.
Proficient in navigating Kenya’s labor market dynamics, including labor market constraints, non-communicable diseases (NCDs), and chronic medical conditions (CMDs) alongside workforce development challenges.
Extensive background in advocating for institutional objectives and fostering collaborative relationships with academic leadership teams.
