The ideal candidate will spearhead architectural projects from initial conceptualization to final delivery, meticulously ensuring the alignment of design intent, functionality, and construction execution. This position reports directly to the Managing Director.

Orchestrate the creation of architectural concepts and oversee projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial design phases through to final completion.

A strong command of AutoCAD, Ketchup, Refit, and Archibald, along with expertise in 3D rendering software, is required. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
Proficiency in building codes, design standards, and regulatory compliance is required.
