As a Telesales Agent, your role will involve reaching out to prospective and current customers via company-supplied leads, delivering clear and professional product explanations, addressing customer questions, and nurturing client relationships. Additionally, you will be tasked with following up on leads, converting them into closed sales, and maintaining meticulous records of sales activities. Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets will also be a key expectation of this position.

The role demands professionals with exceptional communication skills, a persuasive approach, strong self-discipline, and the ability to thrive in dynamic, independently driven work settings. While prior experience in telesales, customer service, telemarketing, or direct sales is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided to qualified candidates.

Oversee and execute a variety of critical tasks ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives, including [list responsibilities e.g., project management, team leadership, and strategic planning]. Requirements:

Must be at least 25 years of age.

A degree from an accredited academic institution is required.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships.

Proficient in both English and Kiswahili, with strong oral and written communication skills in both languages.

Skilled in persuasive communication and negotiation tactics, with a proven ability to influence and secure favorable outcomes.

Proficiency in fundamental computer operations and competency in maintaining accurate records are required.

Demonstrates resilience in high-pressure environments while consistently achieving established goals and deadlines.

Maintains a constructive outlook and adheres to professional etiquette in all interactions.

Candidates with prior experience in telesales or customer service will be viewed favorably.
