Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of tasks designed to ensure operational efficiency, including managing workflows, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining high standards of productivity. Evaluate, identify, and provide treatment for prevalent oral and dental conditions.

Perform a range of dental treatments, including tooth extractions, professional cleanings, cavity restorations, and preventive oral hygiene procedures.

Provide patients with comprehensive guidance on maintaining optimal oral health and implementing effective preventive dental care strategies.

Ensure the precision and completeness of patient records and treatment documentation at all times.

Adhere to infection prevention and control protocols at all times within the dental clinic environment.

Direct intricate dental procedures to qualified oral surgeons and dental specialists for expert evaluation and intervention.

We are responsible for upholding and executing the Ministry of Health’s oral health policies and standards with precision and adherence to established guidelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required. Minimum of three years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting is necessary. Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are critical. Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is expected. Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance standards is required.

A recognized institution must award a diploma or degree in Community Oral Health.

Registration must be current and valid under the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).

Minimum of three years’ experience following internship completion is required.
