Qualifications and Essential Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting, is required. Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of professional experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or strategic planning. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills are mandatory. Strong analytical abilities and exceptional problem-solving capabilities are essential. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is a must.
