We are seeking a motivated People Operations Intern to support our team in enhancing employee engagement and optimizing HR processes. We seek an intern to join the Global People Operations team from June through August 2026, collaborating closely with the Performance Development division to advance critical organizational goals. Duties will include contributing to onboarding processes, performance management frameworks, employee experience enhancement, and culture initiatives.

Oversee and execute key operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow, including coordinating team activities, managing project timelines, and maintaining adherence to established policies. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Required

Currently pursuing or having recently completed an academic program in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, International Development, Social Sciences, or a closely related discipline.

Possesses exceptional written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely in a professional manner. Proficient in utilizing spreadsheets, presentations, and collaborative platforms—particularly Google Workspace—coupled with a strong aptitude for rapidly mastering new systems.
