REQUIREMENTS:
Holds a valid certification or completed training as a Nursing Aide.
Demonstrates strong self-direction and proficiency in managing tasks with limited oversight while maintaining high standards of accountability and efficiency.
Individuals should possess prior experience either in a professional healthcare environment or through volunteer work within such a setting.
Proven ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams; adept at building strong professional relationships through active listening and persuasive articulation.
Possesses a solid understanding of fundamental clinical skills and knowledge.
