Job Description

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor of commerce (Marketing option)
2 years experience
Digital marketing experience
Marketing content designing skills will be an added advantage

Key Roles

Market the college’s programs for increased students enrollment
Undertake public relations activities to create, maintain and enhance cooperate image
Spearhead the design, implementation and marketing of new academic and executive training programmes
Conduct market research to generate information necessary for decision making
Prepare departmental budget for revenue generation, resource allocation and control
Market the college’s training programmes and executive seminars to increase income
Coordinate the implementation of the college’s marketing strategy to ensure achievement of business strategy
Maintain Discipline in the department while out for marketing to achieve harmony and meet marketing objectives
Coordinate Development of new marketing strategies for the department to increase departmental profitability and growth.
Analyze and compile weekly marketing reports and performance for use in decision making.
Support the establishment of linkages between the college and other Institutions to support College’s objectives of marketing
Maintain effective communication between the marketing department and other stakeholders for mutual understanding and image position.
Co-ordinate & ensure the marketing content is well packaged to deliver desirable outcomes.
