The Company Procurement Manager leads the strategic planning and implementation of centralized procurement initiatives for Raeburn Schools Limited, covering both domestic and international sourcing. The position is accountable for optimizing cost efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring regulatory adherence, while overseeing company-wide procurement functions and guiding procurement policies and procedures for individual school-level operations.

The manager will foster robust partnerships with local and international suppliers, oversee import logistics, and uphold ethical and transparent standards throughout the organization.

Oversee all centralized procurement functions for the organization, ensuring an effective balance between domestic and international suppliers.

Ensure adherence to Kenyan regulatory frameworks, international trade legislation, and ethical procurement practices at the corporate level.

Ensure strict adherence to company procurement policies across all educational institutions.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related discipline is required.

Professional certification in Purchasing and Supply Management, such as CAPS or KISS, is required for this role.

A minimum of 10 years of procurement management experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity, is required.

Proven track record in leadership and management development initiatives is required.
