Candidates must satisfy the following prerequisites:
A minimum of five years’ experience in a comparable role is essential, alongside a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL is mandatory, along with experience in financial modeling or reporting. Strong interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is critical. Additionally, familiarity with ERP systems and ERP implementation methodologies proves advantageous.

Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Cooperative Business, Community Development, Disaster Risk Management, Sustainable Development, or a closely related field, conferred by The Co-operative University of Kenya.
Applicants must be residents of one of the study counties.
You must have access to either a smartphone or a tablet.
Fluency in the primary language widely spoken within the research region is required.
You must commit to being present for the full duration of the training and data collection phases.
Professional experience as a previous enumerator will be considered an additional asset.
