About the role

You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, overseeing day-to-day activities to ensure seamless workflows and adherence to established processes. Your responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing corrective actions to enhance productivity and quality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to align operational goals with broader organizational objectives, while also assessing and mitigating potential risks. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, as well as providing leadership in process improvement initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in operations management or a related field is preferred, and proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software is advantageous.

Develop and nurture strong partnerships with customers and logistics providers to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual growth.

Deliver exceptional customer service while effectively managing transport operations to ensure seamless logistics and satisfaction.

Oversee customer transactions encompassing trips and post-sale service to ensure seamless and satisfactory experiences.

Oversee and coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to end users efficiently and reliably.

Engage with shippers, transporters, and customers to address concerns and maintain seamless operational flow.

To streamline logistical operations, develop and refine transportation routes with the goal of reducing expenses and enhancing overall efficiency.

Skilled professionals must collaborate seamlessly with customers, transporters, and internal team members, ensuring clear and timely exchanges of information to facilitate smooth operations and maintain strong relationships.

To drive operational excellence, identify and execute process improvements aimed at enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Proactively diagnose and resolve operational challenges in a timely manner to maintain seamless workflow efficiency.

Handle a variety of routine customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Respond to questions regarding products, services, policies, and procedural matters while ensuring accurate and timely information is provided. Maintain a courteous and patient demeanor, even in challenging situations, to foster positive customer experiences. Prioritize clear communication to resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.

Your qualifications

A degree from a recognized university is required, along with a maximum of two years of professional experience following graduation; prior experience in a start-up environment is considered advantageous. The emphasis is not on your specific field of study but rather on your commitment, ethical standards, proactive mindset, and drive for achievement.
