This measure highlights the proportion of students who actively participate in structured professional development activities, ensuring they acquire essential skills for successful workforce entry.

Through personalized guidance in CV refinement, interview preparation, and LinkedIn optimization, this role significantly enhances graduates’ employment confidence. The objective is to ensure that at least 90% of graduates per cohort receive tailored coaching, fostering their professional readiness and success.

With an 85% success rate, graduates’ employment statuses are documented in the tracking database at the 3-, 6-, and 12-month follow-up intervals. The objective is to maintain at least an 85% data completeness threshold for each cohort cycle.
