Rivet Software & Systems LTD is in search of a proactive and technologically adept POS & ERP Software Training / Sales Executive to enhance our growing team.

The successful candidate must exhibit a strong enthusiasm for technology, customer training, software demonstrations, and sales. Responsibilities include instructing clients on our POS and ERP systems, delivering product presentations, assisting with system implementations, and contributing to the expansion of our customer base.

Oversee the full spectrum of essential duties associated with this role, ensuring efficient execution across all operational facets. Deliver leadership in driving key initiatives forward while maintaining strict adherence to established protocols and performance benchmarks. Act as a central liaison, coordinating seamlessly between teams to facilitate clear communication and alignment of objectives. Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing strategic solutions to enhance productivity and outcomes. Uphold compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations at all times, mitigating risks and ensuring accountability. Provide customers with comprehensive training on the use of POS and ERP software systems.

Provide assistance with the deployment and integration of software solutions, as well as facilitating the smooth transition of new users into the system through structured onboarding initiatives.

Provide clients with comprehensive assistance for system setup, issue resolution, and ongoing user support to ensure seamless operation and satisfaction.

Foster enduring, high-value customer connections through consistent engagement and proactive support, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Conduct on-site visits at client locations to deliver training sessions and provide technical assistance.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or degree qualifications in fields such as Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or Marketing are essential for this role.

Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related business discipline is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in these fields.

Individuals with a keen enthusiasm for technology, software sales, and delivering customer training are encouraged to apply.
